Senior Instructional Designer & Lean Six Sigma Black Belt — designing measurable, field-ready training for corporate sales enablement & L&D
About
I design learning that people actually use on the job — and I measure whether it works. With 13+ years architecting curriculum and professional development, I specialize in translating complex performance gaps into clear, engaging, learner-centered experiences.
As a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, I treat every training program as a performance system: define the real problem, measure the baseline, design the solution, and prove the impact. I connect learning outcomes to KPIs, adoption metrics, and business results — not just completion rates.
I'm proficient in Articulate Storyline 360, Rise, Camtasia, and SCORM-compliant eLearning, with experience administering LMS platforms including Cornerstone OnDemand and Canvas.
Portfolio

An interactive branching scenario placing the learner in a high-stakes pharmaceutical sales conversation. Three decision points. Realistic consequences. Built to reduce ramp time and build objection-handling confidence.
Articulate Rise · SCORM
A mobile-responsive microlearning module for new pharmaceutical sales reps. Bite-sized, immediately applicable content on the healthcare distribution ecosystem — designed to be quickly consumed and quickly applied.
ADDIE · Kirkpatrick · DMAIC
A full ADDIE design case study: performance gap analysis, learning objective architecture, multi-modal development, and a Kirkpatrick evaluation strategy that produced a 100% first-attempt pass rate at enterprise scale.

Design Philosophy
I never assume the answer is a course. I start with stakeholder interviews, performance data, and a root-cause analysis to confirm training is the right lever — and define exactly what success looks like.
Learning objectives come before content. I write Bloom's-based objectives tied to observable behaviors, then design assessments, then build the content that closes the gap — never the other way around.
The best training is quickly consumed and quickly applied. I design for two-thirds application to one-third instruction — using scenarios, branching, and practice that mirror real on-the-job moments.
As a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, I close the loop with a Kirkpatrick-based measurement plan: reaction, learning, behavior change, and business results. I connect training data to the KPIs that matter to leadership.
